Working with Hunt Construction Group and Kite Construction, TLF is the structural engineer on a 1536 car parking structure constructed on the south side of downtown Indianapolis. The post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure has nine elevated parking levels plus one basement level. The building footprint is 344 feet by 187 feet and totals over 630,000 total square feet. The Faris Campus is an integrated complex that includes the parking structure, as well as office space and conference facilities that enhances the downtown and meets the needs of the community. Total project cost is estimated at $19 million.
