Franklin Community High School

TLF was responsible for all site/civil elements for Franklin’s new community high school, which included:

  • A new, 1.5 mile road from US31 to the school
  • Widening and resurfacing of an existing county road
  • Access drives/ parking lots for over 1,500 vehicles
  • Bus parking for 25 vehicles
  • Double-loading dock and service area five service/auxiliary buildings
  • Bituminous path encircling the site and integrated into the city’s trail system
  • Practice fields
  • Storm water detention and water quality treatment
  • Two stream crossings utilizing precast concrete arch structures
  • Storm and sanitary sewer infrastructure
  • Water main extension
  • Football stadium with synthetic turf
  • All-weather track surface
  • 10 tennis courts
  • 4 baseball and softball fields
  • Two soccer fields
