TLF’s Site / Civil Department developed the Site Master Plan for this retail strip center. Marsh Supermarkets was the developer and took the anchor position on the site. Several supporting multi-tenant buildings were also constructed, and a number of frontage outlots were developed. The project went through the City of Noblesville’s planning review process for master development plan approval. TLF completed the site layout development plan showing the configuration of parking, building lots, landscape buffer yards and site setbacks for the entire project.
