TLF’s structural department is comprised of almost twenty design professionals and experienced designers from a variety of professional backgrounds and experiences. That’s enabled us to pool several years of knowledge, resources and experience into one group. And as a result, we’ve been called upon to design solutions for a variety of structural applications.

Over time, we’ve been given the opportunity to work on large, high profile projects, a few of which we’ve featured in the pages that follow. But in the vast majority of cases, the work we do involves function, not flair, and not even our clients would call it glamorous. (Nevertheless, we put some of those projects in here, too.)

But what we’re really all about is building relationships with clients, and the way we do that is by meeting their needs in the small stuff; whatever it is, whenever they need it, for the long haul. Sometimes that means nothing more than showing up to take a look at a situation that the client isn’t sure about. Other times, it’s offering a second opinion or designing a simple foundation. Whatever the case, we’re there to help. TLF has been designing structural solutions since 1991. Whatever the need, TLF has the knowledge, the experience and the staff to get it done.
